Who can open an account?
You must be at least 18 years old and open the account in your own name, for yourself.
We do not open accounts for residents or citizens of the United States, or for persons originating from Iran, North Korea, the Russian Federation or Myanmar, or for persons subject to sanctions. See our Client Agreement, clause 4, for the residency exception.

How do I fund my account?
With cryptocurrency: USDT and other major coins. We do not accept cards, bank transfers or any other fiat payments.
Deposits must come from a wallet that belongs to you. Blockchain network fees are paid by you. See Funding for the steps.
How do withdrawals work?
You request a withdrawal in your client area. Funds are returned in cryptocurrency to the source they came from, in your own name. We do not make payments to third parties.

Is Ranvol regulated?
No. Ranvol Ltd. is not licensed or supervised by any financial services regulator and does not participate in any investor compensation scheme.

How do I make a complaint?
